Choose a Client Program: Browse available customer support opportunities on the Arise portal, ranging from roadside assistance to health insurance and retail support.
Get Certified: Enroll in and pass a client-specific certification course (lasting 2 to 8 weeks) to learn the specific brand's systems. This training is typically paid at half the hourly rate.
Service and Earn: Once certified, you pick your own work hours using the starmatic scheduling system and service the client.
Key Details to Know
Independent Contractor Status: You are not a W-2 employee; you are an indepedent contract, meaning taxes are not withheld from your pay, and you must supply your own computer, high-speed wired internet, and headset.
